Meaning is "to the other side of accross the river"
    Ex:-*they swim accross the river

Along
 
The meaning is whole length of 
    Ex:-*we drive along high street 

Thrugh

 Meaning is"from end to end"
  Ex:-*the train rang thrugh the tunnel
       * he lost his money thrugh carelessness 

Beyond 
   Meaning is "out side"
       Ex:-*the church is beyond the bridge
             
Towards
Meaning "in that direction "
    Ex:-*i went towards them
 
Near

Meaning is "close"
     Ex :-*our house is near that park
            
Against 
 the meaning is "opposite"
   Ex:-*they are playin against us tomorrow 
         
Up and down

Up referce to from lower position to a higher position 
    Ex:-*he went up a ladder to repair the roof
           
Down referce to from a higher position to a lower position 
    Ex:-*he came down the ladder after repairing the roof...
